unfulfilled love - unrequited love - love relinquished - life unlived...

we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real - come along with me - we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - we'll share our stories of love around the campfire - come along -

poetry from the heart...

POETRY FROM THE HEART - my own words dedicated to all the words left unspoken, the acts left undone - the love unlived unfulfilled -

i dance with you...only in dreams...

the corruption...

you have
corrupted me
with your innocence

leaving my soul
with no defense

tainting my heart
with your purity

loving me for
the me of me

you have
corrupted me

I feel pain from the words you write, my pain, of my unending search for love....

What an icy colour you've chosen for your words, gypsy woman! A colour resisting the shattering of all fences but the last one, as it should be. This last fence is your ultimate protection, don't let anybody even see through it, way too dangerous.

Never write with all fences down. I never do that with a picture, even if I play with this mortal idea from time to time. :-)

Take care...

Il est préférable d'avoir incomplètes amour qu'aucun amour tout!

I am a better person for love to have touched me, albeit in such an incomplete way :(, to torture my very soul!

The wv is interesting: intefuri -
into fury??

you know, dear gemel, it has been my experience that love involves not a search of the world - but rather an inward look - and love will come knocking - at least, in my own [sometimes dismal] experience! :)

but i am with you in what you mean! been there done that - know it! :)

and roger, you who sees me so clearly at times - lavender times included! ;) thank you for your always lovely words - and yes, feeling a bit melancholy today! ~ sigh ~

yes - so profoundly true to have been touched in the least by love - just even the whisper of a touch and we are the better for it, i think! lovely to see you and thank you so much for dropping by!

hmmmmm.....is that word verification for thee or me??? ;)

But how dare you, sweet Jenean? How dare you! We agree that there is a zillion definitions for love, do we not? Then... - but then you may well be right, sometimes...

But wherever you look, you will not know what awaits you, the blinding force in the other one's eyes that leaves you speechless.

That's why love is so treacherous. When it hits you, your life is changed forever.

dear roger, i meant only that one cannot "go out in search of love" in the literal sense - love comes along at the most "unexpected" times i have found and in the most "unexpected" ways - with the act of searching [bars, dating services, etc, exclusively for finding "The One"] a different perspective has already happened - one of - i don't know - perhaps "need" over "want" - desperation over anticipation - does that make sense? i'm saying simply leaving oneself open to experience does not require a physical/literal "search" - that's all - you are quite right that when that blinding force in the eyes of the other leaves you speechless [and blind], one's life is forever changed - as i have also found, sir! :)
it's great to have your comments poking around here once again, roger! always a little box of goodies tucked away for me to find!

I digging this one, I am not feeling pain from this, though. This is a corruption of the best kind.
