unfulfilled love - unrequited love - love relinquished - life unlived...

we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real - come along with me - we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - we'll share our stories of love around the campfire - come along -

poetry from the heart...

POETRY FROM THE HEART - my own words dedicated to all the words left unspoken, the acts left undone - the love unlived unfulfilled -

i dance with you...only in dreams...

if i go away...

if i go away
if i stay away

will you love me
still

come what may

for my heart will stay

if i go away
if i stay away

because
i love you

still

and
i
always
will

What is there to do except surprise you once again? Or at least try to...

I am kind of jealous of this love of yours I guess, this is one lucky guy...

But you see, I always told you, true love is forever, forbidden or not! How could you have several loves when there is this eternal love you simply can't forget or go without...

But then, all women are so tempting...

This brought tears to my eyes. It must be the full moon awakening these mad feelings. I so know how you feel dear gypsy. Sometimes the letting go just doesn't seem possible and the question is, is it even the right thing to do. A vibrant love that this doesn't happen to everyone but when it does, it can be consuming and makes a person ecstatic and desperately pained at the same time.. xo

seems i feel the pull of that full moon almost nightly all month long these days, glynis - and sometimes the letting go and being sure it works has to be done in a way that would make reconciliation impossible - and therein lies the most painful part - the knowing of that -

oh, bearded one, what kind words - but nothing to be jealous of - it is what it is what it was what it is - but yes, some loves are forever - that does not mean though that there cannot be other loves of differing kinds and degrees - perhaps - such are the sweet mysteries of the heart!

and yes, you do surprise me at times -
;)

thank you for coming by to visit, roger, and for your always caring thoughts -
