If I may...
You should beware the very concept of doors.
Birth is a door opening. But what for?
Death is a door closing. What for, I ask you?
Suffering is a door getting in the way...
Beware of doors, I tell you. Specially in the dark. You can hit one and wake up days later with a lot of questions but no answer none at all...
Men are like doors in a way. They open on their own pleasure and shut on your despair.
Human nature, always the same, rarely beautiful.

roger - very interesting point[s] on the concept of doors - and just as i was sitting here considering my next post "the red door" - literally, very true, i was! with the theme of passion - and now i cannot help wondering of your response to that door - the red one - and then there is your comment about men-doors - quite a bit to navigate through, dear roger - and of human nature, i must tell you that i see human nature as most always beautiful and only rarely ugly - and so it is that i am especially happy that you enter my world here every once in a while - thank you for coming!
thank you lady gemel! and what would we do without our visions - sigh -
