unfulfilled love - unrequited love - love relinquished - life unlived...

we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real - come along with me - we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - we'll share our stories of love around the campfire - come along -

poetry from the heart...

POETRY FROM THE HEART - my own words dedicated to all the words left unspoken, the acts left undone - the love unlived unfulfilled -

i dance with you...only in dreams...

the gypsy weeps...

her eyes in midnight velvet
black jet tamed by no man yet

soft breasts of alabaster silk
with skin like soft creamy milk

her hair spread like raven wings
when she speaks the gods do sing

lips all pouty and shimmering wet
she lives and loves without regret

spinning webs in ribbons of light
laid in shadows of darkest night

secrets hid in red red heart
yearning for a love not lived apart

wish she did with all her might
but life alone is her sad plight

and so it is in the forest deep
the heavens sleep

as
the gypsy weeps

Wonderful photo Gypsy babe and this poem cries from your soul and touches us readers. I wish for the weeping Gypsy not to weep anymore. I wish that that her desires are fulfilled and that man makes her a woman like no other...beautiful~

A definitely touching piece of poetry especially as it rhymes to its own rhythm and song... of sadness, that is. And how you tear the words from your heart, Jenean. Torn so violently as to be felt, by us, your humble readers. Words so beautiful and so heartfelt... by all who read.

and deb, how great to see you again - i'm so behind in my visits and beg forgiveness - it's so difficult to catch up when one gets behind a few days, let alone a few weeks like i've been - but thank you so very much for dropping by and leaving such kind words!!!
